Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads to drive sales of tiles products for residential and commercial projects.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring the best solution for their needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote tiles products.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sale with clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring proper installation and product performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market demands.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
