About the role

SWTS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in the West Region. This full-time position plays a crucial role in driving the successful completion of our engineering projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address them

• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support project requirements

• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address any concerns or issues

• Continuously look for opportunities to improve project processes and deliver greater efficiency

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Familiarity with engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
