Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of employees to ensure quality standards and compliance with established procedures.

• Provide guidance and support to employees in handling errors, issues, complaints, and disputes.

• Manage the cycle counting program in accordance with SLA requirements.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and communicate root causes to operations, including internal excesses and short picks.

• Report and document all stock adjustments, including justifications for the changes.

• Ensure KPIs are achieved and reports are submitted promptly.

• Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documentation using WMS and Microsoft Office.

• Maintain accurate and orderly records in compliance with company regulations.

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary.

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or higher qualification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities

• Possession of a valid Forklift license

• Ability to work half-days on Saturdays
