WSH Senior Executive - Construction (Up to $7.5k) - #1112751

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive Compliance: Carry out WSHO duties as outlined in legislation and ensure adherence to statutory acts, regulations, company rules, and codes of practice.

• Champion Safety Culture: Coach and guide the workforce on safe work practices and conduct regular safety briefings, trainings, and meetings.

• Lead Safety Systems: Implement and oversee project-specific HSE management systems and programs in alignment with corporate procedures.

• Conduct Inspections: Perform regular site audits, inspections, and compliance checks, promptly addressing gaps and recommending improvements.

• Manage Incidents: Investigate workplace incidents, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and follow up on implementation.

• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Liaise closely with project teams, authorities, and management to uphold high WSH standards.

• Monitor & Report: Maintain accurate safety records, prepare analytics reports, and submit timely documentation to relevant parties.

• Plan for Emergencies: Organize tabletop exercises and emergency response drills, ensuring readiness and equipment maintenance.

• Support Initiatives: Contribute to achieving HSE-related awards and certifications and assist with any other ad hoc HSE-related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or related discipline.

• Supported in LTA Projects (Eg. roadworks, tunnel etc) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of WSH & environmental regulatory requirements.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Possess own transport (preferred).

Job Information

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–12pm (5.5-day work week).

• Basic up to $7.5k + PB + Transport allowance

• Office @ Tuas, Site @ Changi
