Job Description

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the future Changi Airport Terminal 5 and its associated buildings and facilities. You will be supporting the Superintending Officer's Representative to materialize the master programme, project execution plan, defining key project targets (i.e., timeline, cost, quality, resources, construction pipelines and EHS), and managing contractual site progress efficiently. In the process, you will have to work closely with stakeholders such as contractors, consultants and end-users to ensure assigned project meet authority requirements/compliance and are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality.

Requirements

• A good degree in Civil Engineering or related fields, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board

• At least 8 years of Geotechnical Instrumentation & Monitoring experience for deep excavation works. Experience in an airport environment will be advantageous environment.

• Prior experience in performing the role of a S.O Representative Assistant or similar capacity in the past project(s) preferably.

• Strong experience in project management and coordination with other disciplines (Architect//Mechnical/Electrical).

• Able to deliver key project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent, self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/problem-solving skills.

• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.

• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
