QA engineer - #1112695

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC site team, covering the full scope of QA and QC functions for assigned projects

• Establish and implement project-specific QA/QC systems in accordance with approved quality plans, good understanding and background of Chemical system with relation to Semiconductor industry

• Prepare and submit QA/QC documentation for new projects

• Monitor continuous improvement initiatives to ensure QA objectives are achieved

• Oversee and execute daily inspection, testing activities, and related documentation

• Review and approve quality procedures submitted by clients and suppliers

• Manage non-conformance reports, defects, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with relevant departments

• Liaise with clients and subcontractors on QA/QC issues and attend relevant meetings

• Review and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

• Manage WPS, PQRs, and welder qualification tests; ensure compliance with international codes and standards

• Review Mill Certificates, piping installation and test packages

• Supervise preparation and submission of Final Dossiers for completed projects

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in [Semiconductor industry, chemical]

• Strong understanding of international quality standards and welding procedures

• Experience with inspection processes, test plans, and third-party coordination

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
