We are seeking a passionate and proactive Application Developer to support in-house software development initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys coding, continuously explores new tools and technologies, and is driven to enhance system efficiency and integration across business processes.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Software Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications.

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Write, test, and refine code to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Integrate third-party tools and internal systems to streamline workflows.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to meet evolving business needs.

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.

• Partner with business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Coordinate with IT support teams for deployment, maintenance, and issue resolution.

• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making.

• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Implement data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend tools that can enhance development efficiency and business operations.

Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application development or a similar role.

• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.

• Experience with relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

• Strong understanding of software design principles and development best practices.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality applications.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and support user needs.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.
