Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the key link between customers and workshop technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and review customer service files from the front desk
Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their concerns
Analyse problems (wear and tear vs premature malfunction)
Liaise with workshop technicians for technical reviews and inspections
Determine if repairs are chargeable or complimentary (warranty or goodwill)
Explain technical issues and proposed solutions clearly to customers
Provide cost estimates, obtain approvals, and manage job authorization
Track and update customers on job progress and completion times
Prepare job cards, service reports, and final documentation
Coordinate smooth vehicle handover upon job completion
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements
Nitec in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification
GCE ‘O’/‘N’/‘A’ Levels or Diploma holders welcome
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a service advisor or in automotive customer service
Good knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized with good multitasking and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
Singaporean only due to quota
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
