What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules and work plans using project management software

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and internal teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones

• Analyse project data and provide regular progress reports to management

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimise construction methods and schedules

• Implement and monitor quality control and safety procedures throughout the project lifecycle

• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the civil/structural engineering industry

• Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior colleagues
