A well-established multinational healthcare company is looking for a HR, Admin & Executive Assistant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources (approx. 70%):
Supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, maintaining information in the HR systems.
Responsible for payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.
Responsible for the full scope of training and development administration for employees.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Office Admin and EA support (approx. 30%):
Maintain office supplies inventory, office administration and facilities.
Provide admin support to Managing Director, assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on payroll processing required, preferably in a multinational company environment.
Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to relate well with people at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Great team player who is creative and resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision.
Pays attention to details and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in EasyPay Enterprise and Workday will be a bonus.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
