About the role
Royal Organisation is seeking experienced and driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. Based in the Raffles Place Central Region, this full-time position will see you engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
Accurately quoting, proposing, and negotiating sales contracts to close deals
Providing timely and responsive customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
Continuously developing your product knowledge and sales skills to stay ahead of the competition
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consultative sales environment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections
Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline
Driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing market conditions
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating value for clients
