Location: North East (Punggol)

Salary: $3,600 – $4,000/month

About the Role:

Join a dedicated team managing a unique site environment at a camping ground. We are looking for a committed Property Executive to oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure high standards in service delivery.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• 1 half-day Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee facilities maintenance, cleaning, and contractor services

• Ensure compliance with performance standards and KPIs

• Investigate incidents and support incident prevention efforts

• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, and handle related administrative tasks

• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline

• 2-3 Years of experience as a Property Executive minimum

• Comfortable working in a nature-based environment

• Physically fit to manage on-site duties
