Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and electrical equipment.
- Perform routine checks and first-level troubleshooting.
- Log incidents and escalate according to SOPs.
- Assist in configuration and maintenance of PCs, printers, and network devices.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and incidents.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Exposure to IT support or electrical maintenance preferred.
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Singaporeans only.
