Beacon Consulting offers training and consultancy services to MNCs and SMEs in Singapore. As our Administrative Executive, you are the pillar that holds the entire Training Team together. In addition, you will be the "right hand" of one of the Directors. We want you if you have the eyes of the eagles, hands like the octopus and smiles that melt!
What are some of the things that you will be doing?
1. Administrative Support: Take minutes during meetings, prepare training-related documents (e.g. attendance list, certificate, etc), manage data and records.
2. Project Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with Training Cosultants and clients to ensure smooth running of training and consultancy projects.
3. Preparation of Training Materials: Prepare and produce slides, workbooks and handouts. Prepare and organise props for training and consultancy workshops.
4. Vendor management: Obtain quotations, negotiate price and terms, and maintain a good relationship with vendors.
5. Serve as Personal Assistant to one of the Directors
Requirements:
- "O" level (minimum requirement)
- Proficient in English language & 2nd language (e.g. Mandarin)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
