Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR operations.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Manage employee records, leave, attendance, and documentation.

  • Enforce staff policies consistently across the organisation.

2. Recruitment

  • Support recruitment activities including screening and shortlisting of resumes.

  • Conduct interviews with line managers and provide sound hiring advice and assessments of candidates

  • Ensure all open positions are closed within expected turnaround time.

3. Staff Development & Performance

  • Work with team leaders to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.

  • Support staff Engagement and recognition programme

4. HR Projects

  • Assist in HR related projects as when needed

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of HR experience with good exposure in Talent Acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
