Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR operations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
Manage employee records, leave, attendance, and documentation.
Enforce staff policies consistently across the organisation.
2. Recruitment
Support recruitment activities including screening and shortlisting of resumes.
Conduct interviews with line managers and provide sound hiring advice and assessments of candidates
Ensure all open positions are closed within expected turnaround time.
3. Staff Development & Performance
Work with team leaders to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
Support staff Engagement and recognition programme
4. HR Projects
Assist in HR related projects as when needed
Requirements
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience with good exposure in Talent Acquisition.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
