Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm, 5.5 days work week
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with client, subcontractors, project team, and other parties involved in the project.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architectural/ Engineering/ Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 3 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projects
Fluency in English, and spoken proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.)
Familiarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)
Willing to work on-site
