Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to industrial distribution sales efforts to meet established sales objectives and targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with current and potential clients.

• Schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Assist the sales team with business development and promotional tasks, including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentations, and participation in industry exhibitions and events.

• Deliver customer support through phone and email communication, addressing inquiries and fulfilling service requests.

• Process sales orders and quotations, confirm pricing and stock availability, and monitor order progress and delivery status.

• Ensure inventory is accurate and adequately stocked by conducting routine cycle counts, restocking items, and reporting any inventory issues.

• Organize and manage logistics for deliveries and collections, including loading/unloading vehicles and ensuring on-time and correct product delivery.

• Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims; handle credit notes and billing, and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Carry out general office duties such as document filing, photocopying, scanning, and entering data into systems.

• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar function

• Proficiency in MS office applications is a must
