Duration: 1 year contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor support tickets logged by customers, ensuring each ticket is properly documented and tracked

• Update the status of tickets promptly and accurately in the support system

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their ticket status, gather necessary information, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate and follow up with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

• Maintain thorough documentation of ticket progress and resolutions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience in technical support

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or customer support role

• Candidate without experience with strong technical and communication skills may also be considered
