Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor support tickets logged by customers, ensuring each ticket is properly documented and tracked
Update the status of tickets promptly and accurately in the support system
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their ticket status, gather necessary information, and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate and follow up with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain thorough documentation of ticket progress and resolutions
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience in technical support
1–3 years of experience in a technical support or customer support role
Candidate without experience with strong technical and communication skills may also be considered
