Job Responsibilities:

• Ensured M&E works met project schedule, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Coordinated with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E issues.

• Led site teams and supervised engineers to deliver work per specifications.

• Managed submissions of M&E shop drawings, materials, and method statements.

• Conducted inspections, quality checks, and resolved technical site issues.

• Handled Variation Orders, progress reports, DLP matters, and Design & Build projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• 15 years of working experiences for a main contractor or subcontractor

• Experience in handling condo, commercial, data centre or AEI projects.

• Consultant, design, and estimation experience will be added advantage
