Job Responsibilities:

• Support project teams in design, technical compliance, contracts, cost, and timeline management.

• Develop conceptual/detailed designs and value engineering proposals; ensure timely deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in contract administration and coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Manage project documentation, drawings, site walks, and presentations to stakeholders.

• Anticipate and resolve technical/design issues while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior staff for successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Architecture

• 8 years of relevant experience

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience leading and completing architectural projects
