Job Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments meet both international and local trade regulations.

• Review system orders for any restricted items or blacklisted entities.

• Manage export licenses and maintain accurate product classification codes.

• Assist with compliant and efficient imports across various regions.

• Oversee and audit internal trade compliance systems and procedures.

• Coordinate global shipments with warehouse teams and freight forwarders.

• Address and resolve shipment delays, damages, or tracking issues promptly.

• Serve as the key point of contact for all freight and courier-related matters.

• Contribute to improving shipping operations and compliance strategies.

• Prepare reports, support added-value services, and handle other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder.

• Minimum 1 year in shipping, logistics, or trade compliance.

• Knowledge of freight, Customs, or IT products is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or GTS is a plus.
