M&E COORDINATOR - #1112231

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications

• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies

• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with

• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years High rise building experience of M & E works

  • Possess a degree from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineer Board to be overall in charge of all M&E trades

  • Use of Autocad would be an advantage

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

  • Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
