We are looking for Customer Service Associate to join our team in our public healthcare institution. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting customers over the phone, handling inquiries, and providing efficient support in a professional and empathetic manner.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact at patient service counters or call centers.
Guide patients through payment and billing processes accurately.
Provide clear information about healthcare services and procedures.
Handle feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Handle any other hotline administrative functions such as handling of emails, referral requests and emergency activation.
Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Prior customer service or front-line experience is an advantage (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented personality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
