Responsibilities

• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Responsible for cost control, measuring quantities and taking off.
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to projects' scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

[Must]

• 10 years of engineering experience
• 8 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity
• Extensive experience in LTA projects
• Able to start immediately or within a month
