We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the Novena Central Region. As an integral part of our management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise the restaurant floor staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

2. Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and cost control to maintain profitability

3. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory requirements

4. Assist the Restaurant Manager in strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives

5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the team

6. Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints

7. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the restaurant

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years' experience in a restaurant assistant manager or similar supervisory role

2. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team

4. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational improvements

6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
