• Identify, design, and implement improvements to both internal and external processes, including:

  • Automating manual workflows

  • Enhancing data delivery mechanisms

  • Redesigning infrastructure for greater efficiency

• Collaborate on project tasks to ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes.

• Develop tools and applications to support the data management team in streamlining data extraction, processing, and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to deliver effective data solutions.

• Perform data de-identification and encryption in accordance with departmental data management guidelines.

• Support re-identification of datasets for verification or analytical purposes in collaboration with data management and data science teams.

• Provide timely feedback to supervisors to preempt and address potential work-related issues.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors or clinical and administrative leadership.

• Maintain strict adherence to data security protocols throughout all work processes.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as:

  • Python (e.g., Streamlit, Flask, Django)

  • R (e.g., Shiny)

  • SQL

• Experience with AI/ML product management is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel VBA, HTML, XML, and Java is preferred.

• Understanding of data anonymization, de-identification, and re-identification techniques is advantageous.

• Strong skills in statistical modeling and machine learning, with hands-on experience in data storage, processing, analytics, and distribution platforms.
