Reporting to the Assistant Director of Business Development, the Senior Executive is responsible for driving new businesses for the organization through excellent relationships with healthcare professionals by offering patient-focused solutions.
Successful candidate will be offered a base salary with an attractive commission scheme.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive account management plan to drive growth across a diverse range of specialties, including but not limited to Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic, General Surgery and Oncology.
Ensure consistent engagement and continual fostering of rapport with key accounts and stakeholders across assigned specialties/territories, providing ongoing education and information to drive growth, improve doctor loyalty, and reinforce Thomson Medical’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
Identify and profile key target stakeholders, leveraging insights and data to spot opportunities for performance improvements and revenue growth in assigned specialties/territories.
Identifying and proactively resolving customer queries and issues, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the continued success of Thomson Medical’s partnerships across assigned specialties.
Working in partnership with commercial and clinical teams to deliver objectives in line with strategic priorities.
Plan and execute events and activities. Participate in company-wide events.
Prepare monthly reports and provide timely reporting on competitors’ and market activities.
Any other duties as assigned by your reporting officer from time to time.
Requirements:
Preferably a Degree in Business Management/ Sales & Marketing / Science/ Nursing or related field
More than 2 years of relevant experiences in medical sales, infant nutrition/formula
Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to define, analyze and solve problems.
Highly adaptable, resilience individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
