Junior Windows System Admin (12-hour Shift)

Location: Novena

Remuneration: Up to $3,500+ Allowances

Working Arrangement: Perm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring

• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.  

• Perform weekly Endpoint protection updates.

• Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.

• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.

• Perform ad hoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.

• Monitoring and check on server's health status

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.

• No prior experience needed - training will be provided.

• Role requires 12 hour shift (4 days work week).

• Knowledgable in Active Directory & Windows Certificate Authority services.

• Manage and Coordinate between customers and third-party vendors for fault resolution where necessary.

• Provide operation support, maintenance, and administration.

• Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers.
