Airfreight planner (Entry) /& Billing Executive @Alps Ave - #1111933

1. Airfreight Planner -Entry level/Mon-Fri: 9am-5.30pm, Alternate Sat: 9am-1pm @Alps Avenue

Role require to work 1 week of Afternoon Shift per month , Shift allowancec applied.

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipment to maximise efficiency.

• Follow up on status of freight and ensure that all relevent parties are update.

• Work closely with airlines on enquiries on rate, tracking and other matters.

• Creating, maintaining and reviewing the selling rate and buying from customer/ carriers

• Ensuring that all shipment are complete and uplift on time with agreed rate with customer and airline.

• Prepare progress report & profit/loss to stakeholders, and handle RFQ & tendering.

• Work with sales team and assist to advice on the best solutions.

• Knowledgeable in buy/ selling rate from customer/airlines and plan bup shipment.

• At least 2 years relevant experience, Entry level are welcome to apply.

2. Billing Executive - Logistics /5 days /Up to $3,600

• Generate invoices to customers and review client accounts and billing histories.

• Correct billing errors/discrepancies and Input billing data into billing system.

• Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories.

• Track and monitor client payments, ensuring timely collection.

• Follow up on overdue payments and apply payments accounts & resolve payment issues.

• Resolve client billing inquiries/disputes and address their concerns.

• Assist clients with setting up payment plans to resolve related to their invoices.

• Prepare and generate regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management.

• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable balances.

• Maintain accurate records to assist in the preparation of financial reports.

• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting information.

• ‘O’Level/ITE/Diploma/Dgree in any discipline with 2 years relevant experience.
