Responsibilities and Duties:
· Maintain IT documents and equipment inventory
· Coordinate with IT team based in India and external vendors to support the in-house IT operations such as issuance/collection of laptop/PC, network access and door access for new and resigned employees, onboarding/off-boarding of advisers’ personal device
· Assist in compliance duties and provide support on AML/KYC and clients’ onboarding process
· Assist in daily operations of IT and compliance, and supporting the department in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and website content updates
· Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring logistical requirements are met.
· Assist to liaise and coordinate with relevant parties including trainers and participants on course enrolment, training facilities and materials
· Assist in planning and providing logistic support in training and events, such as conferences and staff retreats
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience. Good organizational and interpersonal skills
· Resourceful and able to work and learn independently
Possess a positive working attitude, hardworking, good self-managing skills, and team-player
IT savvy and good working knowledge in digital marketing
