Job-scope : 

• Oversee daily store operations to drive sales and ensure profitability.

• Recruit, train, and develop store team; manage performance and retention.

• Lead team to achieve KPIs, providing feedback and coaching.

• Ensure high levels of customer service and manage customer feedback.

• Monitor stock inventory, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Min 6 years' retail experience + supervisory experience

• MS Office Proficiency
