Job Summary / Introduction :-

Responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments, maintaining good relationships with clients, and handling all AR-related tasks. Proficiency in both business and financial systems is required.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • Tracking & Management: Monitor daily AR collections, update ledgers, analyze aging, and support credit/collection strategies with Sales.

  • Reconciliation & Write-Off: Conduct regular reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and assist with bad debt provisioning and write-offs.

  • Invoices & Customer Service: Review, issue, and track invoices; handle customer inquiries and resolve invoice issues.

  • Data & Analysis: Collect and analyze AR data, prepare reports on balances and overdue rates, and support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Risk Management: Implement AR risk alerts, assess customer credit, recommend limits, and manage credit risk controls.

  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements :- 

  • Minimum Qualification: At least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance

  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA qualification, or related fields

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or related fields.

  • Experience in the logistics or related industry is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF functions)

  • Hands-on experience with the NCC accounting system

  • Well versed in English and comfortable with speaking to Chinese clients in China.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, responsible, capable of working independently, and able to keep supervisors well-informed and responsive to tasks assigned
