Executive, Content Transfer to new Learning Management System (Government) - #1111802

This position will start off as about 6 months contract.

Location:

Civil Service College, next to Buona Vista MRT

Responsibilities:

• Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data. • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise. • Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions. • Deliver any other duties to support the team in its transition effort as and when the need arises.

Working Hour:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
