Cleaning Supervisor - #1111888

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Springmount Services Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within International School. In this full-time role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across our clients' facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners in International School to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively

2. Inspect cleaning work to guarantee quality standards are met

3. Identify any issues or areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

4. Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained

5. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

6. Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to develop their skills

7. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to cleaning activities

8. Assist the management team with administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

1. At least 3 years previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a related leadership role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team

3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

4. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure

5. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

6. Proficient in using cleaning equipment and materials

7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry

8. Working timing 11am - 7pm, Mondays - Friday

9. Preferably Mandarin speaking
