Senior IT Support Executive - Regional Support/ Window Server/ Active Directory - #1111577

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure health across servers, networks, and cloud environments.

• Manage system updates, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure stable operations.

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Perform and document regular tasks such as backups, security checks, and system assessments.

• Support end-user devices including PCs, mobile devices, servers, and I/O hardware.

• Respond to IT incidents and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate on global/regional IT project rollouts and cross-functional troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base materials.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or a similar technical role.

• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Serviceware, Jira, etc.) is a plus.

• ITIL Foundation Certification an advantage

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification an advantage

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or similar certifications an advantage

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) an advantage
