Job Description:
All Eights is a leading provider of cutting-edge scientific equipment, products, test kits and solutions to the life sciences research, pharmaceutical and biopharma industries. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success. This job mainly focuses on expanding sales network into (but not limited to) the biopharmaceutical and life sciences market as well as recommending and building our existing product range offerings to these customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biopharma and life sciences sectors.
Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients and engage them in learning more about our product suite within the biopharmaceutical industry and to earn their repeat business
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
Increase the number of accounts across an assigned territory
Achieve sales targets through effective product positioning and value proposition communication.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our range of equipment, products, test kits and solutions.
Client Management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing technical support as needed.
Promptly attending to customers’ problems, complaints or requests.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats, and provide feedback to the management team.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Forecasts, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Life Sciences).
2 - 5 years of sales experience. Preferably within bioprocessing and/or life science industry.
Have an understanding of the local life sciences research or pharma industry landscape.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
