Responsibilities:

* Participate in projects and maintenance activities involving CCTV systems, Access Control, Public Address (PA) systems, Alarm systems, and server/network infrastructure as needed.

* Carry out installation, configuration, implementation, and testing of system and storage equipment.

* Troubleshoot on-site issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.

* Develop comprehensive plans for implementation, migration, and acceptance testing for assigned projects.

* Collaborate with Project and Maintenance Managers to plan and schedule implementation tasks.

* Installation: Set up and configure access control devices such as electronic locks, card readers, biometric scanners, and control panels.

* Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the systems function reliably.

* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, wiring, and connectivity.

* Software Management: Install, update, and manage access control software to ensure compliance with current security protocols.

* Client Support: Deliver technical support and user training to clients on system operations and management.

* Install and troubleshoot network devices including those from Cisco, Aruba, and Allied Telesis.

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of router/switch architectures and conduct firmware/software upgrades.

* Support network infrastructure projects from setup through to deployment.

* Provide technical assistance to resolve network-related incidents and performance issues.

* Manage network services including cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in IT, Networking, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Solid understanding of router and switch architectures, including upgrade processes.

* Hands-on experience in managing and supporting network infrastructure projects.

* CCNA or CCNP certification is an added advantage.

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
