Job Description

• Reports to the Shift Leader or the Engineering Supervisor.

• He executes the daily routine, periodic and preventive maintenance works for all building services.

• Timely complete, willing service in respond to all maintenance tasks assigned as well as attending to urgent requests; supervise, coordinate and check all works carry out by staff and contractors.                                                      

• Providing continuously safe, comfortable, usable environment and facilities, without interruption of customer’s activities.

• Providing high level of workmanship, ensure proper and quality works on routine, periodic, preventive and urgent repairs.

• The Technician I & II shall has his core competency for a particular trade, however, his scope of works is not limited by this core competency as he should be multi-skilled.

• He shall within his knowledge upkeep and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment in reasonable condition and seek assistance if required when such work is beyond his ability.

• He shall ensure the proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, building interior and exterior.

• Adhering to all fire safety guidelines established in the Hotel.

• Practicing all established policies of preventive maintenance.

Requirement

• N level and above

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Technician position

• Able to work shift weekends and public holidays

• 5 day work week. (PH will be compensated via off in lieu)
