Senior Accounts Executive (Full Set) AL2 - #1111373

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (830am to 530pm) [1-day WFH after confirmation]

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·         Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).

·         Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.

·         Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.

·         Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.

·         Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of overseas branch.

·         Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.

·         Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.

·         Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process.

·         Prepare / Review and file GST return.

·         Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).

·         Liaised with banker on bank related matters.

·         Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.

·         Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

·         Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

·         Preferably with least 5 years’ finance & cost accounting experience.

·         Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel is added advantage.

·         Must have Knowledge of SAP.

·         Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.

·         Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.

·         Team player, team leader Detail Oriented and Disciplined.

·         Meticulous, ability to work with numbers and data analysis.
