Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Liaise with customers on orders and provide shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with production staff on manufacturing data (labels, batch forms, etc.).

• Prepare customer documents (MSDS, Halal Statement, COA).

• Manage procurement: allocation, checking, and usage of raw materials.

• Issue sample batch forms for customer sample requests.

• Maintain inventory control records (PO receipts, stock updates, QC forms).

• Support purchasing duties in the absence of the Assistant Manager.

Administrative

• Generate and provide raw material cost (RMC) for quotations.

• Maintain quotation files and update customer product lists.

• Support halal/kosher certification processes for raw materials.

• Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, chemical industries, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
