To manage the full spectrum of HR function including, recruitment selection, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation, HR administration & others.
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Fully involved in every aspect of HR, from strategic to operation issues
• Provide guidance to HR team in preparing letters of appointments, employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, termination, dismissal, resignation acceptance, retirements, retrenchments, etc
• Plan, develop and manage HR processes to align with the industry best practices with the purpose of adopting the most efficient administering methods.
• Full responsibility for payroll data checking, vetting and approval prior to submission to vendors for processing.
• Assist to steer business direction and support business functions
• Handle employee grievances as well as conducting disciplinaries
• Conduct site visits throughout Singapore on a regular basis
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Well versed in employment & labour laws and regulations
Strong communication, Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
