Senior Field Sales Engineer – Precision Linear Solutions - #1111215

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

A global leader in precision linear motion technology, serving machine tools, semiconductor, electrical, and medical industries.

Role Overview:

• Based in Singapore, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating closely on sales strategies and performance.

• Represent the brand and build strong customer relationships via face-to-face meetings, phone, and video calls.

• Present and promote products and services to prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain and expand customer profiles through strategic planning and direct engagement.

• Manage both new business development and existing accounts, delivering sales results with minimal supervision.

• Track and report on sales performance metrics on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Assist with complex customer requests or escalations as required.

• Prepare sales quotations and documentation for customers.

• Occasionally travel overseas; primary focus remains on the Singapore market.

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or Business, with at least 5 years of industrial sales experience in Singapore and a strong mechanical background.

• Deep knowledge of linear motion technology and the local competitive landscape.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint.

• Proficient in CRM (MS Dynamics) and SAP.

• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle.
