Job Title: Command Centre Engineer (Network)
Working hours will be shift pattern(12 Hours Shift)
Job description:
• Two (2) years of IT experience with at least ONE (1) year as a Command Centre/NOC Engineer
• Basic L1 troubleshooting experience on Network devices.
• Minimally certified in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
• Minimally ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
• Must have good knowledge of Network(L1) technologies and/or experience in ServiceDesk or NOC.
Working hours will be shift pattern(12 Hours Shift)
