Job Description:

• Operate and utilize a variety of inspection equipment in accordance with operational specifications, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

• Analyze inspection data to identify defect rates and determine potential root causes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality inspection equipment to minimize downtime and ensure accuracy.

• Provide on-site support by referencing Manufacturing Quality Engineering (MQE) data, product specifications, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines, and Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (MSOPs).

Job Requirement:

• Entry Level are welcome to apply.

• Proven hands-on experience operating various inspection equipment, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

• Proficient in the use of advanced dimensional inspection tools such as Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Measuring Machines (OMMs), surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.

• Strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
