Be the friendly face of IT, providing onsite support and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

Take ownership of system maintenance tasks, including backups, recovery, and file management.

Set up and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, meeting room equipment, and other specialized hardware.

Partner with remote IT teams to deliver efficient solutions and onsite support when needed.

Manage and track IT inventory, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely hardware replacement.

Help drive innovation by assisting with procurement and rollout of new technology solutions in line with global IT standards.

A Diploma in IT or at least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience preferred

A natural problem solver who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) – a bonus

Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (both written and verbal).

Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies.
