Key Responsibilities

• Identify leads through search engines, directories, and other relevant channels

• Conduct cold calls to businesses and potential customers

• Schedule qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

• Maintain accurate records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups

Requirements

• Experience in engaging with business owners and decision-makers is an advantage

• Proven ability to generate qualified leads through telephone canvassing

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base

• Diligent, eager to learn, and results-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
