As a Administrative Assistant (Allied Health & Operations Support), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide administrative assistance to the manager overseeing Allied Health & Operations.
Support processes related to patient assistance schemes, including applications and procurement of assistive devices.
Coordinate with therapists and track device orders, deliveries, and billing to ensure accuracy and timely approvals.
Update and amend applications or purchase requests when required by the therapy team.
Maintain proper filing systems for official circulars, guidelines, and records from external agencies.
Serve as the liaison for fund claims submission to external agencies, ensuring all required documents are in order.
Reconcile financial records and prepare quarterly claim submissions in line with reporting requirements.
Verify documentation for eligibility, delivery acknowledgements, and invoicing before submission of claims.
Assist with audit preparation and compliance checks.
Monitor office supplies and handle requisitions for replenishment.
Take on additional tasks as assigned, including supporting new initiatives or service expansion projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administration or operations.
