Job Summary

Provide day care services to clients at the Day Care and Dementia Care Centre by assisting with personal care and daily living activities. Ensure each client’s comfort and safety while maintaining a clean, organised, and secure environment

 
Working Arrangement

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

• Gross Up 3,100

• Multiple Locations

Job Description

• Escort clients safely between the drop-off point and the centre, including to and from the gym for rehabilitation sessions.

• Welcome and assist clients in settling down comfortably upon arrival at the centre.

• Attend to clients’ dietary needs by serving meals and supervising their food intake.

• Supervise and support clients during various therapeutic and recreational activities.

• Assist clients who require minimal supervision during toileting routines.

• Help clients prepare and settle down for rest or nap time after lunch.

• Support clients with mobility, including transfers and movement within the facility.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary Education with Certificate in Healthcare Support

• Candidates with no relevant experience will also be considered.
