About the role

Addvalue Innovation Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Product Reliability Engineer to join our team in the Bedok East Region. As a Product Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge mechanical engineering products. What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough product testing and analysis to identify and mitigate potential failures or performance issues

2. Developing and implementing reliability testing protocols and procedures

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret test data and provide recommendations for product improvements

4. Documenting test results and maintaining comprehensive reliability records

5. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and production teams

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product reliability engineering

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Reliability Engineer or in a similar role within the mechanical engineering industry

2. Solid understanding of product reliability engineering principles, including FMEA, HALT, HASS, and other reliability testing methodologies

3. Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and software to interpret and present data

4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
