Job Details:
• Location: Central/Tengah
• Salary: Up to $4000 Basic + $90 Fixed Allowance + $50 per night shift allowance + 3 Month Bonus
• Duration: 1 Year Renewable/Convertible
• Working hours: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am
• Working pattern: 4 day shift, 4 off, 4 night shift, 4 offm

Job Scope:
• Assist in executing Plants' Operations & Maintenance (O&M) works.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and work meetings led by Engineers and Supervisors.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise contractors for daily routine and non-routine O&M tasks and troubleshooting as assigned.
• Conduct daily walk-through plant inspections.
• Maintain upkeep of maintenance records, work areas, and tools.
• Support Engineers in sourcing and purchasing spare parts.
• Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities.
• May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after training, including working independently (e.g., 1 staff per shift).
• Perform any other tasks or activities assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute
• Must possess own transportation
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
• Able to perform normal and/or shift duties as per project requirement
• Experience in troubleshooting plant equipment and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Knowledge of ACMV, district cooling systems and chiller operations.
